Booking notes
Prices are based on up to 6 people staying at the villa. Additional guests will be charged at £50 per week per person.
A non refundable deposit of 20% will be requested on booking (please note that the villa is only taken off the market when this deposit is received) with the balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday. A security deposit of £300 required, this will be refunded in full after property inspection, within 10 working days after the end of your stay. Refunds cannot be made for cancellation after final balance has been paid.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 5% discount will apply for rentals of 2 weeks and a 10% discount will apply for rentals of 3 weeks. For longer stay prices are negotiable, please contact us for more information.
Changeover day
Changeover days is typically on weekends but other days are considered. Check in after 4 pm and check out by 11 am or by special arrangement.
Airport transfer and car hire can be arranged if required.
